I just got an ipod nano about a week ago and it seems like when the volume is all the way up..its not very high. Does anyone know how to make the sound louder? thanks :]
ASAPcamille answered Saturday November 11 2006, 5:30 pm: okay... on your main menu go to settings and then volume control. it is automatically set on about 3/4 of the way. if u want it louder, move the clicker wheel to the loudest!
fabulous11 answered Saturday November 11 2006, 5:30 pm: It might be 1 or 2 things.
Either the song, it could be a quite song, i know some of the songs on my iPod are much quieter then others.
or
It could be the head fones. If you usethe iPod head fones they go up wayyy loud if you use other kinds it wont be as much.

Open iTunes, and right click on the song you wish to turn the volume up on. (In this case you might want to do this to all of them) Click on "Get Info" and then click on the tab on the top that says "Options". On the top thing that says "Volume Adjustment", click and drag the arrow thing to "+100%". This will double the volume on the song and on the iPod once you update it! xojessii answered Saturday November 11 2006, 4:05 pm: the new ipod update program thing has a volume control thing & it won't let it get too loud because of all the deaf's caused my ipod earphones. so theres nothing you can really do about it, except use a different pair of earphones with a volume control on that too, which will allow you to have to volume controls which can make it louder.
