When ever I have a boyfriend, I don't tell my mom. I just feel like she wouldn't understand. That maybe she won't let me hang out with him anymore, or something like that. She's a really cool mom, I just don't want to her to treat me different. I love hanging out with my boyfriend, but I just don't tell my mom who is he. She just thinks he's a friend. So should I tell my mom about my boyfriend or just let it go? How should I tell her, that would make her understand?
Thanks alot, love your advice, its amazing [xox]

HCOxBABE answered Sunday November 12 2006, 12:07 pm: Aw, thank you. =] Whenever I got a new boyfriend, I never told my mom until a few weeks later because I also felt like she wouldn't understand either. If your mom's a really cool person then I'm pretty sure she wouldn't treat you any differently. My mom was happy for me when she found out I had a boyfriend & I'm sure your mom would be happy, too. I think you should tell your mom you have a boyfriend but don't bring it up out of no where. The next time she brings your boyfriend up in a normal conversation, just tell her that he's your boyfriend. Good luck babe, everything will be fine. ♥ ♥ [ HCOxBABE's advice column | Ask HCOxBABE A Question ]
