Committed?

Question Posted Friday November 10 2006, 11:16 pm

My best guy friend likes me (he told me) and I like him too. The problem is he is afraid of committment. I've been waiting about 3 months for him to ask me out, and I don't think I can take it any more. Any suggestions on what to do? Should I just give up on him, and find someone else?

If he is afraid of committment then thats his problem. Instead of waiting any longer go on up and ask him out. If you both like each other, then try to make it work out.

if youve been waiting that long then i think you should go for it...just if it doesnt work out dont let it weaken your friendship with him...if your true friends it wont...why not give it a shot..can you really blame him for not being ready for commitment....doesnt mean he wont ever be just go slow with the relationship and take it for what it is.

If he liked you that much, he would want to comit to you. I say, shop for another guy for the time being. You shouldn't have to wait for a guy that says he likes you and then doesnt do anything about it, of course, you could do something, if you want him that badly, but in this case, he told you that he liked you, so he should ask you out. Just, keep your options open. Hope I helped. Good LUck!
