this is from the girl who asked about how to get in shape that you answered, i said i wasnt allowed to use the treadmill and in your advice you asked why. (thanks for the advice it sounds helpful and i plan on starting that soon and also ask to use the treadmill) ive asked a couple of times to use the treadmill however my mom always says i dont need to use it. Thanks for the tips though.

and as long as you dont get obsessive-compulsive about exercising and like, stop eating normally, exercising can only improve your health. It'll tone and strengthen your muscles and such.
