I'm worried for her

Ok well there is a girl at my school and i have p.e. with her. one day i saw one of her friends yelling at her. When i asked if she was ok, she showed me her wrists. she cuts herself. i really feel sorry for her. is there anything that i can do?

Talk to her first. Sit her down and tell her what a serious problem it is. I'm a recovering cutter, and I know what it's like. I was very much addicted, it's like a drug and it's not fun! If you talking to her doesn't help, tell the school guidance councelor. Let him/her take it from there. They'll know exactly what to do.
