hi! okay so, @ school- i always wear scrubs, i like to be comfotable and relAxed. i weigh 180 and im 5'5 ish and uhh. yah. im fat. that might make me sound HUGE but ill be honest i dont think im huge, i like just fat.. i got a checkup and my doc ddint say to loose weight but iknow i need to loose weight but neway-- on the weekends i wear cuter clothes than i do at school..... like jeans, and acuter top but my stomach looks huuuge in all the tight cute shirts, do you know any CUTE shirts i could wear on weekends that wont make e look so fat? and bottoms too bc my legs are getting bigger and yah.

Your not fat first off. Its your mind that is telling you, that you are. You doctor who is a professional stated you didnt need to lose weight. I totally understand where your comming from, I do that same thing.. scrub during school and cute during the weekend (thats totally normal). You can try layers. Like a cute shirt with a jacket over it... or a sweater (its colder outside so you can pull it off) with a cute undershirt. Pants, you might just have to find a pair of pants that fit you really well. Try different stores, different brands, and different sizes. Everyones body is shaped different.. you have to find the right pair of pants that works for you.

Your not fat, you need to understand that. Everyone while growing up has humps and bumps and lumps they dont want, but that doesnt mean your fat. You should love yourself for who you are. Im sure everyone around you thinks your just right, now maybe you should relize it too. If you really dont like the way you look, change it.. but in the right way. Eay right, and workout daily. Don't do a stupid thing and stop eatting, thats just hurting yourself. Try eatting good meals, and doing crunches and leg lefts. Might help you feel better, but you said so yourself,.. you exaggerated (spelling) your weight. Be comfortable in your own skin.
