Well, I assume by the name GLOW, there may be glow sticks and bright lights and everything, so wear white. But make it something you don't care if it gets ruined or if anything gets on it, because sometimes at club, glow sticks tend to break, and if you get them on your clothes, well, your clothes'll be glowing whenever you DON'T want them to be.

Also, sometimes at these types of parties, they give you glow paint and you can splatter it all over your clothes which is loads of fun, so like I said, that's why you probably want to wear something white so it all stands out and pops out in the lights and everything, and also something you don't care if it gets ruined, so maybe go out shopping and buy a new white t-shirt.

I hope I helped.
