how do i put a layout on xanga?
and where can i get one?
What are some other cool codes for it?

In your Xanga, there's a Look and Feel section. Depending on the layout (there should be details), it should probably go in the Custon Header. Some good sites are createblog.com and blogring.net

There are always plenty of blogrings dedicated to those things. Search "layouts" or "HTML codes" in blogrings.

Good 'ol Xanga.
Most HTML codes go in the Custom header in the "edit profile" section on the private view of your Xanga.
