There are lots of helplines you can call to just talk about it. If you really are bipolar, I understand how you feel. I also understand how your mom feels; bipolar disorder is a HUGE deal, a HUGE mental disorder - I can't express that enough. If you have it, it's nothing you'll ever be able to "get over" and you'll have to be medicated for the rest of your life. Next time you go to the doctor, talk to him/her about how you're feeling. The only way you can really get help is to talk to a licensed professional.

The person who gave you advice before me left you all the hotlines I would have suggested, so I won't leave them again.

One of these hotlines may be able to help you.

National Institute of Mental Health
1-888-ANXIETY (1-888-269-4389)

National Mental Health Association
1-800-969-6642

Teen Helpline
1-800-400-0900

TeenLine
1-800-522-8336

Bring it up to your doctor at your next yearly physical. Talking to a nurse or counselor at your school about it will help too. Probably more than any of the hotlines will. :)

Good luck!
