Chapstick is really more used for dry lips to make them less dry and to make them feel better if they're cracked and they're hurting and everything, which Lipsmacker's stuff can help you with, and it also makes your lips glossy and soft and everything at the same time.
Haha, if you think about it, it's sort of like a chapstick, lip balm, lip gloss all ruled into one ( if you can find that right kind that gives you glossy lips ). Chaplipglossbalm!
LM answered Thursday November 2 2006, 4:51 pm: Technically, no, because Chapstick is a brand name.
But certain LipSmackers moisturize like Chapstick..
It doesn't really matter.. basically the same thing as calling a tissue a Kleenex or a cotton swab a Q-tip.
EDIT: Yeah, it's lipbalm. I guess.. if it mositurizes. I'm allergic to some of them & it dries out my lips, so yeah. No moisturizing there =P [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
