I'm kinda of cutting

I don't cut to see blood. when i cut myself i get a scab, a mark, a bump. Where can i go to get help. but i can't talk to friends or family about it. who else??

If you don't feel like you can confide in friends or family, try your school counselor. They usually offer pretty good advice and will listen to you. Just know that they may talk to your parents if they feel that there is concern! It may be better that way though because you would have someone else's perspective in your situation and not to mention you would have someone else's support & advice!
