Hi, I found this...

"Do I still need a prescription if I just want contacts to change my eye color?

Yes, you still need to be fitted for the lenses even if you don't need vision correction. This is because contact lenses are medical devices and wearing them can affect the health of your eyes."

If you still want them, I recommend Acuvue -- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Yes, you can get them without wearing regular contacts.

As for the best brand, its totally dependent on your eyes and your doctor. For me, I stuck with Acuve for almost four years, thinking it was the best brand. Then last year, my eyes just changed, and now I've been moved to a different brand.

Schedual an appointment with your eye doctor, ask him the same thing, he'll fill you in on everything.

Good Luck <3
