Right now all you can do is wait till he breaks up with his girlfriend. If he has feelings like he says he does, then he will break up with her. I konw, you dont want to wait for them to break up, but thats the right thing to do, instead of interupting there little shindig together.And, when he does break up with her YOU need to ASK HIM out! Thats the only way to do it if he's being a chicken shit. Hope I helped. Good Luck!
