not sure if i made the right choice
ok so this guy asked me out yesterday over text message and i thought that was really rude and showed no repect act all. so obviously i said no and then today he asked me out and i said no again and he wouldnt talk to me and i feel bad because we're like friends but then again i dont. and i like this other guy noah and was going to ask him out yesterday but i think that if i ask him out people will start talking about me jumping from the first guy to the next but this is actually the first time i've had like a relationship(or at least close) that like a bunch of people knew about. what should i do?! please help mee.

Well I think you should start off by actually talking to the first guy and explaining why you don't want to go out with him. Let him know that you have other feelings and explain that next time a better way to ask a girl out is not to text so he will know.
Then talk to Noah. See how he feels and ask if he would be interested in dating you. :)
