ok so i used 2 be able 2 do a lot of gymnastics stuff.. like back flips.. back handsprings.. aerials.. but now i like lost all that stuff cuz i stopped doing gymnastics.
so i lost like so much muscle
and thats like the main thing i need to do those tricks again
so basically my ? is how do i get arm muscle and ESPECIALLY leg muscle back??

Well doll, you didnt "lose your muscle" It's still there, it just needs to be built back up again. Once someone can do those things and they are generally still in shape they never forget how to do them. Once you master it its generally isntilled into you, lol. But some things that you can do are jogging, running, walking, pushups, pullups

uhh. leg presses are good too (where you lay on the bench press platform, and push the platform out and then back in)

You can also search google for aerobic exercises or search for leg exercises im sure alot of things are bound to come up
