ok so i went out with this guy for awhile then we broke up and like stopped talking even though we said we were still gunna b friends and talk afterwards but it didnt happen so the i didnt see him for like 6 months and then my sister started going out with his couzin so we started hanging out and stuff so them we went out for like w week because he broke p with his girlfriend for me then he broke up with me because i wouldnt put out so then we still like saw eachother alot because i became really good friends with his sister and wahtever then his family became like my second family...so then i ended up losing it to him while he was going out to this girl then he broke up with her then he was all over me when it was just the two of us and then whenever he was on the phone with her or saw her he pretended like i didnt exist so now he is all over me but hes going out with this girl again and i think he still likes me but i dont know what to do so can u help me out?

I would honestly just forget about this guy. Well, maybe be friends with him if you can, but I wouldn't consider dating him.
He just sounds like one big player, and sounds to me like he just wanted one thing from you, and now that he got it, he doesn't care anymore. He just sounds like one humongous jerk, and you can do so much better than that. You should let him know that if he thinks he can have you and then have a girlfriend on the side, he's dead wrong. Most guys like this who cheat on their girlfriends and everything, usually wind up alone cause girls later on smart up to their games.
And just think - even if he DID like you and went back out with you, what's to say he's not just going to dump you again after a week? Or want to want to have sex with another girl like he did with you, while he was dating someone else? I bet you would hate it, and he's already hurt your feelings enough.
I say just back off him for awhile and let him do whatever he wants to do, and just focus on yourself for awhile, go out there, mingle with new guys and have fun, and try your best to not think about him or anything. Then if you feel you can have at least a friendship with him without feelings re-appearing their ugly head again, then by all means, be friends at least.
