my nails are yellow
ok well i put on blue nailpolish and then i took it off except for 3 nails and they all turned yellow so how do i get rid of the yellow stuff on my nails?

Gah, sorry, but this happens with everyones nails, and that means your nails are stained, so there's really no way to get rid of it. This always happens with more darker nail polish.
The most you can really do is just let them grow out and let the yellow fade over time.
Also, to try and prevent this from happening in the future, but on a base coat BEFORE you apply the nail polish so it sort of protects your nails. And I've heard that rubbing a lemon wedge over stained nails, helps tone it down.
But most people just paint right over the yellow stained nails to cover it all up.

Sorry to say, but your nails are stained.
On occasion, the stain can be taken out by repetative cleaning with polish remover.
However, in most cases, you must wait until the nail grows out. I have the same problem on my toes, I just cover them with a deep pink to hide the stain.
