Pre-menstrual pregnancy signs. Can you experience pregnancy symtoms [cramping, frequent urination, sensitivity to smell, et cetera] before you miss your period?

Absolutely. See a doctor. ]
sometimes, not really. it all depends on how long ago it was that you had the sex that made you think you were pregnant.
say for instance you have sex, it takes about a week for the sperm to actually reach it's destination, and if you weren't supposed to start your period for like a month, and after about 3 weeks, then yes you could be experiencing pregnancy signs, but don't get scared because you probably experience these signs all the time, and never noticed now until you thought you were pregnant.
i hope all that made sense, because i'm not the best at wording what i'm trying to say. lol ]
