i need your help! this past week was the worst. my friends would not talk to me. they ignore me and im new to the school this year. i need so much help because idk if they are mad at me or what. i even asked them and they said no. also today at ccd, these girls were talking about her and how mean she is. then i told them what happened to me and they said that she does that. idk what to do. thx in advance. 13/f

If this is what these girls do, befriend you then ignore you, I would find a different group of friends to hang out with. It will be an awful year if you stay with them and they keep doing this.

However, you may really like them. If you do, then sit them down, one at a time, and ask them why they ignored you. Tell them you thought they were mad and you were pretty upset. If that doesn't work, you should really leave them. Because then you are too good for them!
