Halloween costume idea for pippy longstocking
I am being pippy longstocking for halloween and i understnad that she wears a bright shirt under a navy blue jumper with high crazy socks and of course the pigtails.
But...i've looked everywhere and i can't find the jumper!!!!!! I've tried walmart,target, goodwill.
I dont really know where to find one, cuz they aren't really in style. Does anyone know where i can get a cheap one? i am not ever going to wear it again so it doesn't matter that much what it looks like.
Oh, and i can't buy it on the internet.
Also, if you have an idea of another thing i could wear instead of the jumper that would be great too! I will rate and thanks in advance!

hey, my lil sis was the same thing last year and like you we couldnt find a juper so we went to a second hand store and got a blue dress that we mad into a jumper. it was real simple.
