Hm, well since you two are playing cave women anyways, they didn't really have makeup, so just wear it as natural as you can.
Maybe wear some light mascara, and lightly dab some eyeliner on, and then then just a white eyeshadow or a brown/tan color and blend it into your skin so it just gives your eyes sort of a natural shine.
