hey im 12 and a half years old and i weigh 100 pounds. Is that too much? am i fat? am i skinny? -(which i highly doubt.) or am i normal?.please please please be honest and brutal. all my friends say im sooo skinny, but i rele think and mostly kno that their just being nice. And please tell me what my target weight should be and maybe a workout plan for how many hours a day and how frequently i should workout and maybe a good workout plan like what to do and when and how long to do it stuff like that. i would rele like to improve my legs and my arms, and just mostly overall weight. and i also need help for something i can do or have to get me more motivated to loose some weight. i kno it sounds crazy but i would like to be 70 pounds and i kno its gonna be hard but i would like to loose like 25-30 pounds. but i need help. Please. im so sorry for the longness of my help question. and i kno my question is alot to answer but i rele need some help, ive been very concious about my weight lately. and i would rele love to fly, you know not fly fly but like fly in a stunt like in cheerleading i dont do cheerleading now but i mean i have friends that do and they coould put me into a stunt if i was small enough. they Have put me in stunts but i would rele like to be higher and fly more like some of my other friends. and stuff if you know what i mean and like be able to fly all the time. Also i am doing gymnastics and ice skating soon and i dont want to look fat in the little outfits. and i have a boyfriend that is like 71 pounds and i feel a little weird around him but hes an awesome guy and there is a party coming up soon and i would rele like to loose a litte weight for that.and i have alot of friends that are small and i dont like being like the second biggest person all the time. but i do have alot of friends that are older and bigger and i feel so happy and good around them. and again sorry for the longness and i kno its gonna be a hard question to answer. but please just try to answer all of these questions as best that you can. but thanx so much you give great advice: ] : ] : ]

I would say that 25-30 pounds is too much too lose, if you really want to lose weight, 5 pounds would be a better goal. To lose weight I would recomend drinking water, lots of fruits and vegatables. Also, look up exersizes on the internet you can do daily. Sit ups are really good for your stomach, and squats are good for your legs. Your boyfriend is going out with you becuase he likes the way you are, and I'll bet he cares about you and wouldn't want you to go on a crazy crash diet!
