Hey you guys I was wondering if there are any REALLY good systems out there for cool photo editing that run on Windows 98 and is free?

I'm agreeing with the other person. Although when I had a Win. 98 I used these;
ArcSoft Photo Impression
Paint Shop Pro (you can get on LimeWire)
Kinoca Minola

Those are all REALLY good.
You can get them free if you do a Google search
"Free _____ Download"
