volleyball conditioning

ok well i know its a ways off, but what are some things i can do to specifically get in shape for guys volleyball

i play lacrosse, so that helps, but are there some things geared especially towards guys HS volleyball?

i play girls volleyball and we drill like "shuffling" back and forth and like "falling" at random times and seeing how fast we get up and stuff.

Just practice playing volleyball that way you'll be ready. Just hit the ball and stuff like serve, spike, etc. Practice falling and getting back up. Just stuff you would do in conditioning that way your bodys ready for whatevers thrown at you.
