I'm getting a Blackberry RIM 7130E EV-DO Bluetooth PDA Phone for Christmas.

Can you download (voice) ringtones to this phone? or record voice memos and use them as a ringtone?

You can download real ringtones to any phone. So yes, you can. All you have to do is get on the internet, and find it. As for voice memos, I'm not sure. You might want to read your instruction booklet.
