Hellos...
Try setting up a haunted house thing where your friends can get dressed up as vampire, mummy, ghost, etc and just out of closets. Read up on scary stories =D If you have a bunch of costumes, play dress up or something like that =P

Oh yesh, you need food =D CANDY!!! eh hem. And cookies too with all the prettyful designs on them =] Rent a scary movie--but maybe not to scary and not too long.

I don't know what this game is called but:
Write the name of each girls/boys names on a piece of paper, fold it, mix it in a hat and have each kid pick out a paper. Don't have them reveal whose name they have. Whose ever name they have, they have to get but in a silent way(Like a light tap on their shoulder). When one gets their person, that person is out but no one knows that fact other than the person who got them. Anywhos, moving on. The last person that is still alive is the winner.

And there is also a game that I love called Goodmorning Judge. Have a chair set up and a kid you pick randomly gets to sit in the chair with his/her facing the wall and the back to the rest of the kids. Pick one kid randomly without saying their name and that kid not making any sound. The kid will then go up to the judge and say "Goodmorning Judge" (Or say trick or treat or fit something into Halloween theme)in a disguised voice. The kid then goes back to join the rest of the kdis (Make sure they aren't giving it away by laughing or something) and then have the judge turn around and try and guess who it was. If he/ she guesses right, let the kid stay and repeat the process (If the kid is really good, just switch) & if the kid guesses the wrong person, have the person who diguised his or her voice be the judge =]
Um, I would suggest doing a ouija board but I don't think the kid's parents will be to happy with that..=/

haha. Have fun with these game and don't scare them too much that they pee in their pants =P
