HELP4YOU answered Monday October 16 2006, 10:23 pm:
-Hey,

If you drink too much excessive tea, iced tea, coffee, etc, you're teeth will probably change color just because of the combination of what it's made of. That's why brushing teeth is important. If you want, you can still drink coffee just brush better/longer, use a teeth whitening toothpaste and mouthwash, try the Crest white strips if you want to whiten them.

Hope I helped,
-HERE4YOU.
