How do I tell a boy hat I like him?

Hey!!!

I have a question, again, again(sorry) tomorrow is Thursady for me and I really want to let him no. How do I tell him I like him. His birthday is Friday just incase that helps. But I would really like to go out with him. But is it okay if girls ask boys out.

of course its alright if a girl asks a guy out .. it surprises them and for some its a turn on that a girl can take charge =] maybe make him a birthday card and inside the card tell him u like him its cute and sweet .. ps its thrusday for me too im from MA
