My friends tell me that i'm really skinny but I don't feel it, EVER. When i wear a bathing suit i always wear a shirt over it. When changing in the locker room I hide when changing my shirt because I don't want people to get disgusted. When i look at myself in the mirror I feel like i wanna puke. The twisted thing is that deep inside i know I'm skinny enough to not look bad when wearing a bathing suit but for some reason i can't apply that to when i'm actually wearing one. I just feel fat. So basically I need your advice, if you can give any on this, on how to see that i'm not fat. how can i learn to be comfortable wearing a bathing suit without feeling gross? can you help me on this because it is starting to effect me pretty badly. Thanks sooo much.

If you are even a little overweight that is still not disgusting to look at when your in a bathing suit. Just start thinking who cares if they think I'm gross. It's just their opinion and it's just my figure. IT dosn't matter how I look. If your nice then people won't think bad things of you. If you ever feel fat just go to this website.
