Your dog needs immediate medical attention, and you should take her to the vet right away. It's not normal at all for dogs to be puking blood up, something could be seriously wrong. If the bleeding in them is bad enough, I hear they could possibly bleed to death. So like I said, take your dog to the vet NOW.
