acne during period
During my period, and sometimes like a day or two before it starts, my acne gets worse. Why does this happen because after my period is over my acne goes away. What can I do to prevent it?

This is normal hun, there really is not much you can do about it.
When you have your period there are so many hormones running through your body its no wonder that sometimes we all feel a bit off!
The best thing you can do for the acne part is to use a strict facial cleansing routine, find a good cleanser, toner and moisturiser and use them religously. Sometimes exfoliants or masks once a week can help too but not essential.
hopefully though with time the acne will lessen or maybe go away completely but as long as you use a good face routine you should have no problems. xx

usually when you start gettin acne its because you worry to much. so when u have yer period you feel down and worry bout yer period. thats wat causes yer acne to appear more. and when yer period is gone you feel better and yer acne dissappears.

this probably happens because your hormones are acting up then. there's not really much to do to prevent it, just to wash your face regurlaly and to eat healthy.
