it might feel uncomfortable when you put it in but it doesnt hurt. you just need practice. if it feels uncomfortable it might not be in far enough just remove it and try it again. if you r just startin tampons make sure you buy a junior absorbency tampon and change it ever 4-8 hours. and the sickness, it only happenes if u keep it in to long so dont wear it when yer sleepin. when you buy tampons they tell you all bout it on the box. to avoid it dont wear it for a long time. its best to use a tampon when yer swimmin becuz people wont know yer wearin it.
