Well you should do excercises people do to get abs like sit ups, that's my number one excercise. it's very hard but don't worry. grab a friend to hold your legs. Might be hard since the fat on your belly will keep you down but you can get used to it!:) I had to even tape my friend's feet to the floor once because her leg reflexes were so strong she kicked me in the face once. I suggest a special diet that celeberties use: eat as much as you can so that you don't eat anything after 7pm but if you think your really going to starve (first times does this) eat a healthy low fat snack only ONCE every 2 hours and drink ALOT of water, it'll take up the room [ ShineyStarz's advice column | Ask ShineyStarz A Question ]
vermillion26 answered Friday October 6 2006, 8:57 pm: if you want to lose body fat, cardio excersizes such as jogging/running, jumping jacks, etc are the best for that. Things like pushups, crunches, etc. cause you to gain muscle. Once you loose the ampount of body fat that you want, you can do some crunches (there are lots of different types, ask me if you want me to explain to you) to tighten your abdominal area. Good luck.
