I'm a 15 years old. I'm around 140 lbs. How can I tone my sides and stomach? I also want to know how I can lose weight in my butt and thighs.

Looks like you have the foundations of good muscle tone and pretty low body fat. Some ab specific workouts devoted to rope tucks, crunches and lots of cardio along with less sodium in your diet and an overall cut of about 500 calories per day should put you where you want to be.
