i think this is my last question aboutthe topic

okay. i waxed it on monday. and..I can start to see it growing back a little.
I dont know what threading is...could you mabey help me out on this one

Listen, as I've said before, you can't stop hair from growing unless you take painful measures. If it bothers you that much, I would say to continue waxing it. DO NOT SHAVE! I don't remember if I told you to do that, but I realized that that is the worst thing to do because it grows back dark and hoarse. In 10th grade, my mom got something done call "electrolysis" and it's the closest thing to permanent lip hair removal, but not completely. You can still see it, but it's a lot better to begin with.
