Hey i am 14/f 5'7" blonde, skinny live in oregon ... i have no idea what to do for halloween. i dont want to spend alot of money, i just want to look cute. any ideas??

I'm not sure what's all on that site, but being an angel or a fairy is always a cute costume or being a pirate. Or you could always be a superhero like superwoman or catwoman. I hope I helped.
