The basic explanation. When you are young, thing preteen, your body has not grown and developed enough to be able to have children.
Then, comes puberty. Your body readies itself to be able to become pregnant, and part of that is the beginnings of sex drive. Think about it, if people who had never had sex didnt want to, there would be alot fewer people in the world.
Now, some peole have higher sex drives than others. Thats just something that varies from person to person. The poster below that reccomended masturbation is correct. As much as I dislike posting links, the rest of that info is too lengthy to type out so here...

Nothing's wrong with you. Like the other answer you recieved, your hormones are just a bit crazy at this point. You don't need to have sex because of this though, just chill, and hopefully your"hornyness" will sort of go away.Hope I helped!
