What should I do when one of my friends likes the same guy as me? But the problem being that she doesn't know I like him like that, and that she is more outgoing than I am! And she is already starting to call him and stuff. I need advice, should I tell her that i like him?
rawrimarobotxx answered Saturday September 30 2006, 10:20 pm: wow, okay. this is such a coincidence, because i am in the same boat, only flipped sort of. you see, i like the same guy as my friend, only the guy knows we both like him, and he is choosing to like me, but i feel really bad because my friend is really upset over it all, and i just feel like i hurt her really bad. so, here's what you do. tell her that you like him. most likely she will just act really nicely about it and you two cause joke about how much you like him and stuff. on the contrary, she might get really competitive. if she does that, she's not a very good friend. you need to understand that no one can help who they like. it's not their fault. but the guy can't help who he likes either. if he likes one of you over the other, it's fair to say that that person should get to be the one he's with. the other person, of course, will not be happy, but there are other guys out there who probably are wishing you liked them too. so don't be afraid to take chances. remember: you only get one life to live.
