so i'm 14 yrs old/female.
i play atleast 1 - 2 hrs a day,
and i'm 97 lbs.

Ok, awesome. Thanks for leaving that in my inbox. From what info I've got here you should be burning around 2012 calories / 8051 kj for 2 hours of moderate intensity badminton. Obviously if you work at a heavier intensity you'll burn more or at a lighter intensity you'll burn less. I've just calculated this for moderate. And I didn't know whether you wanted this in calories or kj so I've included both. Hope this could help you. If you need anymore info just drop one in my inbox! ;)
