do chrest white strips really work? a few of my friends use them and say they work great.. i know they are expensive but i want to whiten my teeth. also, do you know how long it will take to be noticable? thanks!

people that i know have used them and they've worked for them but when i used them, they didnt work too swell for me. so i am planning on getting my teeth whitened by the densist, which is also pricey.
