tell him the best thing to do is just straight up ask her out. maybe try a group date or something first so it won't seem as weird. tell him to get one of his friends and a date and then just ask if she wants to hang out with you guys. go bowling, go to a movie, to eat, whatever. it doesn't really matter. the smartest thing to do while on the date, is to relax and treat her just like another person [only one he tends to be very drawn to] and then he won't seem as shy or as you say, dorky. After the group date, tell him to ask her if she had fun, & if she did, if she would like to go out with just the two of them.. do you see where i'm going with this? hope so.

but if you need any further help, assistance, or guidance just leave me another :]
