hi im 17 years old, and this morning i woke up and pretty much all of my joints ache, hurt and are stiff..what does this mean? I don't think i slept in a funny poisiton last night though..what could be the cause of this

Have you done anything in the past couple of days that was more of a workout than you're used to?

Lifted weights, start an exercise program or even just worked around the yard? Had a minor auto accident?

The flu can also cause aching joints.

If it continues or if you have had pain for several hours now, it may not be a bad idea to have a doctor
look at you to be on the safe side. :)
