There're twelve days 'til homecoming & I need a reasonably priced dress. Where's a good place to buy one?

Go vintages and be unique. Shop at the local Salvation Army or GoodWill store.

There's Sears, JC Pennys, Macys, Lazarus, and one of your good department stores. Even check out some stores that are a little nicer, cause since falls starting, they might have a big sale going on. Even check out Good Will or somewhere, that's where some girls get rid of last year's dresses whenever they don't want them anymore. So, their "trash" is your treasure. :D I hope I helped.
