Volleyball2150 answered Tuesday September 19 2006, 5:12 pm:
Do a few push-ups, sit ups a day. Then lift some weights. A few more exercises are wall sits ((pretend like you're sitting on an invisible chair with your back against the wall)), monstor walks ((1 knee on the floor... just like you're about to propose, then go slowly up and switch legs)), and the boat ((lay on your back, balance all of your body weight on your tailbone... in other words- lift your back, arms, legs up in the air and also your butt... so only your tailbone is on the floor)) do those things for a while and you should be fit in about a week or so.

I hope I helped!
