Lecithin.........

Hi...I hope you can help me!Well,some days ago i bought diet pills called lecithin..Honestly i am not fat but i want to have a super body and i have no time for gym etc...Is there any danger of taking diet pills???Including mental health...Do you know if lecithin helps and if it is healthy?It is told that some people who take diet pills end up with depression.Is it true?Please answer!!!!!!!!!

i think diet pills are just bad for you. if they don't mess you up in one way, they will in some other way because it's not good for your body to stay thin without giving it food (if it curves appetite) or by not working out. <3
