Self harm

Hi. My name is Amanda. I'm 15 years old. I recently started doing self harm, when I found out that my cousin died. I tried to stop but then I became addictive, the thing that scares me is I can't sleep at night. My arm is still bleeding at times and sometimes it gets so bad to the point that I cant'f feel anything. I need help really bad please!!! Thanks
