Ok so i started back at college and i was in the common room and i saw a cute boy he was talking to all my friends and every so often he looked at me and we made eye contact and he smiled so i smiled back but hes not even said hello to me!!!!! he just kept looking at me and i looked back. So the question im asking is what shall i do now???i told my friend i liked him and he said talk to him but im too shy.??? im 18 female at college thanks for your help.
MelLeDisko answered Saturday September 16 2006, 12:45 pm: The next time him and your friends all get into a conversation, just stand close and listen, and sort of mesh yourself into the conversation. But try and make comments or connect with what he says, so it shows you're interested in what he has to say and you're listening to him and want to talk to him. [ but of course, focus on other people too so it's not like JUST him ]. That's what he might've not approached you is because he might've not thought you didn't want to talk to them all, or he just might be shy himself and didn't know how to approach you. And some point during the conversation just be like,"Oh, I forgot to tell you my name, haha. It's ____. What's yours? [ says his name ] ___? That's a really nice name, I like it." [ or something like that ]. And just keep blending yourself into further conversations, until you and him can start having your own! I hope I helped. laffy1taffy5 answered Saturday September 16 2006, 11:25 am: Ok you really want to talk to him but your to shy so when he is talking to your friends just go over and stand by your friends and get in the conversation, then be like oo by the way my name is______. If you do that most likely he will talk to you from then on.
