Hey yg! Im really self-concience about my weight. I won't care if people call me a whore or white trash [even though im not], but the only thing that brings me down is being called fat.
Today I was sitting on the bench at school waiting for my mom to pick me up. My friend, James who is really cute cam by me and wee were just sitting there. This guy Joe comes up and we start talking about boobs. I don't remember why.
Joe was like "You only have boobs because your fat!", I said, Whatever. He imbaressed me right infront of James.
Im 4'11, 14, 150 ilbs.
I asked you how to loose weight beefore but obvisously I did'nt take the advice.
I would really like to slim down, healthy, not necissaraly fast.
I would like to have a flat tummy by November, but by the summer, that would be excellent! Thanks yg!

Some people can be so rude. And you might loose some fat on your boobs if you loose weight but not a whole lot for that jerks information! I hope James just ignored him.

I want you to get started on ...lets say Monday.
On Monday, try some of the eating tips and just cut down on your portion sizes. Walk whenever you can and maybe dance around your room to a couple of songs a day to start. No slow numbers...find some really kick ass music and move that body.
Start slow.
Weight yourself on Monday morning and write it down somewhere. Then no peeking at the scales until NEXT Monday morning. Better yet write and give it to me and I will keep track of it for you.
I will be your diet buddy. If you are having trouble...write me. You can write every evening before you go to bed and let me know how you did,
or you can write once a week. It will help you knowing you are going to be telling me your progress ( I hope!)
You will cheat...I am on a diet all the time so I know this for a fact! I will not get mad, just realize you have to get right back at it. Can't cheat a LOT. *grins*
You may a lose a lot...say 4-5 pounds the first couple of weeks. After that a couple of pounds a week will be good. Don't want it to come off to quick because it doesn't stay off when you do that. If I think you are loosing to much I will tell you.
So read up on that site. I will too. On Monday see
what you can do. I don't want you skipping meals either. Trust me you will gain weight. We want you healthy!
