should i or should i not?
okay i am fourteen years old and i'm a girl.
sorry this is sorta long.
i absolutly love a certain guy. he's one of my best closest friends. he really likes this girl (she's one of my friends) and he asked her out but she said no and he was okay with that. (but he is mad her for reading a note that she should not have read.) so he has been hugging me and kissing my neck and stuff like that. my friends always come to me and say that me and him look like we are going out. i want to ask him out, but the thing is i asked him out last year, but he didn't say no because he didn't like me. and i don't know if he's kissin and huggin to make me feel good or if he really likes me. my friends say that a guy--especially a friend,
wouldn't do that for the fun of it. they think i should go for it. what do you think i should do?
