Do i need wet or dry hair to scrunch it
I want to scrunch my hair, and i don't know if my hair should be wet or dry.Which one!

definatly wet. after you take a shower, dry your hair with a towel really good because if it is too wet, your hair will be too heavy to scrunch. then put mousse or scrunching gel in your hair and grab you hair from the bottom to the top and keep going up and down all over your head. then leave it alone until if dries and if it isnt scrunched in the morning then just re-wet it and maybe put a little more gel or mousse and scrunch
